Stichting Vrienden van Kruispost supports the work of Kruispost with donations and funds from various organisations, companies, and individuals, in order to guarantee continuity and quality. Without this financial support, Kruispost’s right to exist, with its financially vulnerable and dependent position, will be jeopardized. At the same time the demand for the care provided is increasing due to a continuous growth of the target group and a failing care system for these people
Our current donors know the problems and the role of Kruispost as part of a solution. They attach importance to this type of care and support Kruispost financially and/or in other ways, including increasing visibility and attracting other stakeholders. In this role, we are very grateful to parties for the contribution to the target patient group.

The Statutory purpose of the Stichting Vrienden van Kruispost is to work in the interests of the stakeholders of Stichting Kruispost, the general practitioner’s post for undocumented and uninsured Amsterdam residents. It does this by acquiring and managing funds, resources and monies and spending them on projects and facilities that cannot or cannot be sufficiently financed from operating budgets or other funds, subsidies or facilities of Stichting Kruispost.
Stichting Vrienden van Kruispost has had an ANBI-status since 2009. This status guarantees that the Tax and Customs Administration recognizes our organization as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI). This offers sponsors, donors and our organization tax benefits. This way your donation is tax deductible. Because of the ANBI status, we also do not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax on inheritances and donations. See also What is an ANBI?
